Reed McDow

Adapting to change has always been my passion. I have always had a passion for technology, and I enjoy continuously finding new ways to make something more functional or useful in applying everyday business uses. I try to steer away from the title “web developer,” as my journey has embraced web design, search engine optimization, reputation management, marketing, and more. Over the past decade, I have taken what I learned from my classes at Augusta University, merged it with a bunch of trial and error, and embraced each business experience to shape myself into what I am today. From Marketing to solving complex Web Strategies, I feel like my Achilles Heel would be to “ignore the wheel” and, instead, innovate the wheel and invest in the newest trends. Innovation is about continuously trying techniques, new and old, to evolve into a successful campaign.

Carson Watkins

InnoVationV has allowed me to incorporate my ever-growing love and passion for the arts into my career. I am an accomplished graphic designer and media production specialist with a degree in Design and Media Production Technology. This is complemented by certifications in Graphic Design and Prepress Technology. I always strive to push the boundaries of creativity! Some of my notable achievements include securing 2nd place in the state at SkillsUSA and maintaining a perfect 4.0 GPA throughout college. I am also a member of the Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society. I am known for my adeptness in crafting bespoke graphics and layout designs from scratch. Driven by a relentless pursuit of excellence and genuine passion, I strive to consistently exceed client expectations, ultimately leaving an indelible mark in the realm of graphic design and media production.

Erin Sharpton

I have always found a sense of therapy in writing. Throughout my college journey at the University of South Carolina – Aiken, I switched my major around a multitude of times in search of something that I could turn into a career that I would love. From English, to Communications, to Sociology, I found elements of what I liked to do in everything. I graduated in 2021 with a Bachelor’s in Sociology, cognate in Psychology and Communications, and a handful of professional memberships. I settled into retail and other administrative work, yearning to eventually find a career that fulfills me the way that InnoVationV does. In my time here, I have developed a dedication and excitement for helping companies near and far shoot to the top of their industry through search engine optimization, content marketing, automation, networking, and more.
