The Problem:
A need for Managed Hosting Solutions and a site Redesign
The Augusta Press, a local online newspaper, was in search for a team that could be on call in case something catastrophic happened to their website. As a news source with a large number of subscribers, there needs to be minimal downtime and disruption to their regularly scheduled programming!
While The Augusta Press needed a web designer, they also needed someone with an intrinsic knowledge of payment processors for support purposes. They also required someone with an understanding of larger digital infrastructures when it comes to both transfers and handling media heavy websites.

Our Solution
InnoVationV started working with The Augusta Press to be more hands on when diagnosing website and server issues, as well as other common problems. Later on, after finding a host that could handle heavy media driven needs, we eventually redesigned their site. Think of how many news stories, images, and videos come out each day! Finally, we have also created a system to handle support requests and inquiries more effectively.
